Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reasons:
* To make enquiries or place orders via our website.
We use the information you have given us in order to handle your enquiries and process your orders. We occasionally send e-mails to customers regarding new products we have available or special offers. For example, we have to share your name and contact details with our shipping companies in order to generate shipping labels and physically get your product to you. Other than is necessary to facilitate enquiries / orders, we will not disclose your information to third parties. We will never misuse customer information, nor sell it to a third party.

We keep details relating to your orders placed on our website only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil our legal and tax obligations under UK law, at which point it will be deleted from our records.
We will keep details relating to general customer enquiries made via our website for a period of one year from the date the enquiry was received, at which point it will be deleted from our records.
We will keep customer email addresses relating to marketing for as long as consent is maintained by the customer. We remind you that you can opt out of our marketing at any time by emailing info@kronical.co.uk and requesting to opt-out of future marketing communications. We will process your opt-out request as soon as possible (normally within 48 hours) and delete your email address from our records.
